Erwin Luijendijk:
is the co-founder of Cut the Code, the first no-code agency in the Netherlands. Its team of passionate experts design and build award-winning digital products without the need for coding to enable ambitious brands to move forward, and fast. At age 14, Erwin was the youngest entrepreneur ever to register for a business in his province. This marked the beginning of his career in the digital world, which evolved from designing websites to being a pioneer in the no-code movement. A firm believer in its power, Erwin dedicated himself to helping brands leverage no-code and push the boundaries of what’s possible. Cut the Code was born when he was just 19. Erwin has since set up the first and largest no-code community in the Netherlands to educate a new generation of makers about the space. He is passionate about design and emerging tech, and has been recognized by the likes of The Next Web in its 500 most talented under 30 list, as well receiving the title of Young Creator of the Year 2022.

ABOUT THE TALK
The internet was once 4 people. Not everyone was free to create and publish. Then, digital creation became a specialized skill that only a handful were capable of. Today, the doors have been blown wide open. Anyone can create and scale amazing digital products - and it all comes down to one very important catalyst.
In this talk, Erwin Luijendijk and Ilja van Eck discuss the role of no-code in changing the landscape of digital creation for good. From the history of web development, to the birth of the new species of creator, they’re here to bring you a whole new perspective on the role of no-code in transforming the wild, wild web. Oh, and not to mention how it’s forever changed the ‘it’s complicated’ relationship between developers and designers. Join them to hear more about how you too can save time, protect sanity, unlock speed, and push the boundaries of design with tools that just hit different.
