She has a background in graphic design and motion design, and has shared her expertise through writing for CSS-Tricks, Codrops and Smashing, and creating walkthroughs and video tutorials for GSAP.
Cassie is a seasoned workshop host, and also spends a lot of her time in the GSAP forums, helping people solve animation problems. Her teaching style is friendly and accessible and revolves around breaking down complex techniques into simple, actionable steps. With a passion for empowering others, Cassie's favorite motto when teaching is "assume zero experience but infinite intelligence.”
When she's not tinkering on the web, messing about with generative art or her pen plotter, she's off having adventures in the English countryside with her best pal Brody - the most wonderful dog in the world.
